I have been thinking a lot lately that if I did not have my job I would have more freedom. But then I would not have the money to do the things that I would want to do. The evil circle;-)

OOOPPPSSSSS
Ok so guess what I realized......I have not been on this site in TWO MONTHS. OOHHH that makes me feel bad. Well let me tell what I have been doing since I last was here.
Shopping, working, crafting, laughing, crying, exploring, finding new fun exciting nail colours
I have started to take an Art Journal class to help me figure out new ways of expressing myself. I am not an artist...the only thing that I can draw is a stick figure...really...not joking....really really not joking. Stick figures!!! So I am learning that it is ok to use mixed media and how to use didferent things like Gesso and wax in my art.
I have also bought a Instax Mini...Pink and White! Very exciting I only have 40 pictures that I can take and so I have been very picky what I take but I can tell you that most of the pictures are of my cats.
In March I went to Jeff Dunham here in Edmonton! It was a Christmas gift form a really good friend. I laughed so hard....he is a very funny man! I made sure to take the friday off so that I could party afterward with my Best Friend Megan!! Oh the fun we had...we paid for it the next day but it was totally worth it :-)
I have been taking a good look at my life and realize that it is time for a change. I won't say what right now but I am taking steps. Getting a plan...a budget etc.
I asked Lisa of not ladylike how to add a hyperlink to a post and sure enough she showed me!!!

Time
So here's where I am at today!
About a week ago I put on my watch like I do every morning and discovered that the battery had died :-( This really upset me, you see I am obbsessed with time...always have been. I plan my whole life on time, when I get up, how long it takes me to travel, how long my lunch is, how long until home time. I was the annoying kid in the back seat who asked how much longer. I think that my parents were relieved when I finally got my own watch and could figure it out on my own. The only time I don't wear my watch is on vacation and even then I use my phone clock or the car clock to gauge my time. So sad I know! Anyway back to my story, I could have put one of my 20 other watches on but for some reason I walked out the door without one on. But it is strange I had no time withdrawl! I did without! Things were ok! I even enjoyed the freedom so much that I went the next day...and the next day...and the next day...with no watch! It was awesome!!!!! I am even thinking that I will keep the watch off. Time is reletive and it does not rule my life. What a breath of air. Will have to keep the watch off and see how it goes! Will keep you posted.

A New Year :-)
Oh so much has happened in the last few weeks with Christmas and New Years! But I have a few days off and so I am taking the time everyday to make sure that I BLOG.
Well I will now list my top 5 New Years Resolutions
1) To be more Organized. I am sure that it this is one that everyone has but I really want to make this one work.
2) To be heathier. I am quite overweight and I want to lose many pounds so with the help of my mum and sister I will!
3) To learn new things like how to crochet and quilt and even how to blog better!
4) To cook more. I really don't do as much cooking as I would like.
5) To just have more fun with my life! After all it is the only one that I have might as well make the most of it.
Well that is all for now. I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.
